Common Field-speedwell

Veronica persica

Notes:

Note the fruit in the top left of the photo. Unfortunately I didn't know what I was looking at otherwise I would have taken a close-up, in-focus photo of the fruit.

Ah, good. Thanks. My main reason for adding this second spotting was because I noticed the fruit in the top-left-hand corner of the photo which isn't in the previous spotting.

Apologies, ngnpope; if these are different spottings, then it is appropriate to have different postings. I had looked at the two in succession and just thought it was the same spotting. So, no - not all of your spottings of the same species should be combined - only if there are multiple shots of the same individual(s). Thanks for asking those clarifying questions!!

Hi Maria. Thanks. Before I combine it, I want to clarify some points. The two spottings, while on the same day and in the same general area, were a number of hours and miles apart. So should they be combined? Will there ever be support for a spotting with multiple locations? (And the possibility to link individual photos to individual locations, if so?) Should all my spottings of the same species be combined under a single spotting? Perhaps some of these questions would make sense in the FAQs?

Nice one - could you combine this with your earlier spotting of the same flower?
