Caterpillar of Stinging Nettle Slug Caterpillar

Setothosea asigna

Description:

This brightly coloured Stinging Nettle Slug Caterpillar was quite big (around 5 cm) in size and fat too.

Habitat:

Tropical forest

Notes:

It was probably close to pupating, as after a few days, I don't see it anymore on the same tree, unfortunately, couldn't find the pupa.
