Megastigmus sp.
A very small female wasp checking out some eucalyptus leaf galls. Ovipositor looks right length for this project. Loved the intense orange eyes too. The wasp is about 3-4mm body length. (beyond my cam sorry)
In a local nature reserve.

These are quite cute.
Often associated with galls - and lots of species which are difficult to identify.
