Hello Noel, While this was spotted at a zoo, I'm afraid it is not a Siamese crocodile. Crocodylus siamensis has a broader snout and the neck region looks like in this depiction http://crocodilian.com/cnhc/cst_csia_am_... and Specimens look like this http://www.flickr.com/photos/21178134@N0... It is in fact, one of the Philippines' two species of native crocodiles, Crocodylus porosus, as per my suggestion.
