Red-Eyed Tree Frog

Agalychnis callidryas

Description:

On an evening hike close to Manual Antonio Preserve, the guide spotted a number of Red-Eyed Tree Frogs, including this spotting. It was raining hard, and that seemed to bring out the frogs, of all kinds.

Habitat:

This was spotted in the Costa Rican forest, about 3 miles off the Pacific coast.
