Leptosia nina
A small white butterfly with black markings on the wing tips. The underside of the hindwing is faintly marked with green. The sexes are similar. A gentle flyer, seldom flies more than 3 ft above the ground. The caterpilar is pale green and feeds on Fringed Spider flower ( Cleome rutidosperma) . As shown on the photo and video, the female lays eggs on the hostplant.
