bee.jacbs-We're very similar to part of Alaska (snowfall, rainfalls, temperatures, etc...) but I've only ever seen/found them in a small part (wetlands) of Glendalough State Park (north-western MN). :-)

You're absolutely right. Its definitely a bottle gentian. I didn't know they grew in Minnesota, but it makes sense. I've only seen gentian in Alaska.
