Some type of Diptera or wasp? Wings cross folded on back with wing pattern. lengthwise stripes on thorax. Yellow-orange legs from femur that turn to black at tibia. abdomen looks to have some orange as well as the head. with red eyes.

spotted on a leaf in the guatemalan forest movings front legs like a diptera.
