Pycnonotus cafer
Brown bird with dark head and characteristic red vent.
In urban setting, central parts of Cox's Bazar.
Considered as a very dangerous invasive species
Thanks Zlatan.
Maybe the word is poorly chosen - but it established itself easily in many Pacific islands, where is considered an important pest to fruits and ornamental crops. It is also an agent to dispersion of invasive alien plants, too.
I'm intrigued! Why is it considered a dangerous invasive species?
