Description:

Oval, strongly convex, blueish or greenish black, orange to yellow with 2 black marks in an x across mid-line. male has 1 large projecting tooth on outside of each front femur and 1on inside. larva is orange.

Habitat:

Marsh and stream edges where swamp milk weed grow.
