Amata trigonophora

Description:

It has black wings with large orange-yellow spots on the wings. The forewings have five large elongated oval yellow spots with the spots nearest the wing tips crossed by a narrow black line. The head is black, the thorax is mainly black with a yellow band at front, and the abdomen is banded black and yellow.

Habitat:

Coastal area of eastern Australia
