Rocky Shoal Spider Lily

Hymenocallis Coronaria

Description:

Not a true lily, but actually related to the sea daffodil...

Habitat:

the largest population in the United States, on Catawba River surrounded by a deciduous forest

Notes:

I love these flowers, and I highly recommend anyone travel from April to June to view them at Landsford Canal State Park near Rock Hill, S.C.
