Beautiful shot. I think they might be red-shouldered hawks. Red-shoulders have a yellower cere than the tails do, and their eyes are darker brown at that age.

Good point, but they do have the colouring of an osprey.

Not sure about that Team Brinez 1 .... I had to get out of my boat and hike in about 200 yrds to get this shot... almost every Osprey nest I have ever encountered has been on the water or pretty dang close... I guess it's possible...
