Plain Blind Snake

Leptotyphlops dulcis dulcis

Description:

Slender worm-like snake, eyes greatly reduced, pinkish red coloration

Habitat:

Empty lot next between to building. They were found under a rock near a small clump of live oaks the day after a heavy rain. 9 specimens were observed.

Hi there. Since you know the identity of your organism, please go ahead and fill in the scientific name field. This allows the spotting to fully enter the database and become complete, letting groups and individuals use the data and find your spotting. It also takes the spotting off the "unidentified" list.
