This plant has very small, little green leaves that have different steams that all connect to one steam. The plant grows in the dirt and gets nutrients and minerals it needs to survive from the soil. Furthermore, it belongs to the family Pteridaceae.
As mentioned before, it grows in the dirt in the Singapore rainforest and has many plants around it, but the same species is spaced out a little further down. In addition, it grows near the leaf litter, so perhaps it gets some nutrients or minerals to survive from that as well.
After some research, I found that a synonym for this plants scientific name is Adiantum fovearum.
