Insect

Description:

Tiny. Chocolate coloured with a golden transverse band.

Habitat:

On my Momordica charantia (Bitter gourd) plant. This insect was whirling around as if it was crazy or something...over and over again till I was dizzy watching it. them suddenly as if the adrenalin had worn off it settled quietly on the leaf.

Thanks Francis Floe, that transverse band does match but I do not think it has long antennae (which would clinch the deal). My photo is not of good enough resolution...may be I will see it again. Thanks a lot though.

Some sort of fairy moth (Adeloidea)?... It kinda looks like a Yellow-barred Longhorn https://www.inaturalist.org/observations...
