This picture was taken in a park in Québec. This owl is a captive animal. The Bioparc... the Gaspésie's wild animal park. To visit the Bioparc is to discover the natural diversity of the Gaspé Peninsula through five unique ecosystems: the Bay, the Barachois (tidal pools and bars), the River, the Forest and the Tundra. As you stroll our trail of more than one-kilometre, you will come into close contact with over thirty indigenous animal species living in semi-liberty in their own ecosystems.
