Carabidae, Cicindelinae, Cicindelini, Cicindela sp. and most probably a "blue" form of Cicindela sexguttata. Assuming you did not too much of photoshop or cropping or using flash (?) it might be a blue and rarer form of Cicindela sexguttata. But colors might also change due to light intensity (flash) and light angulation.
