Misumena vatia
One of the most variable species of spider in the world, Misumena vatia sometimes changes its color based on surroundings.
It is not poisonous to humans because of its small size (I doubt a bite from this tiny guy could even penetrate the skin.), though to insects, it may be poisonous.
Do you now if it's poisonous?
