Pale moth with darker brown on distal edges of wings, dark markings on upper wings with a row of small dark spots underneath. Underwing pale with no obvious markings (but I didn't see it fully).
Suburban backyard garden.
This worn individual was disturbed out of the grass when I was mowing the lawn.
