I agree Great White in breeding plumage. Bill can get dark and the lores a green blue, legs a pinkish/black

Absolutely not, look at the location, that doesn't even make sense.

Also this is actually Ardea alba in breeding plummage.

E.garzetta have black leg and yellow feet. Its beak is not blue. Could be E.carerulea juvenile
