Asiomorpha coarctata
This is a small millipede that i found in my backyard. Its body is black, and paranota on all segments are yellow. The size of this millipede is about 20 mm in length. It can emit a foul odor when disturbed.
- Spotted in my backyard. Usually, this millipede can be found around the house and garden.
- This millipede is from the Paradoxosomatidae family (flat-backed millipede). It is similar in appearance with Greenhouse Millipede (Oxidus gracilis). But, Mid-body paranota (segments 8-9) of Asiomorpha coarctata are sharp posteriorly, extending beyond segment margin.

Dilan, Cyanide Millipede (Harpaphe haydeniana) occurs in North America. I think, this one is Long-Flange Millipede (Asiomorpha coarctata), a species being native to Southeast Asia.
