If this were a Black Swallowtail, Papilio polyxenes there would be a faint row of yellow dots above the blue and a second row on the forewings. Project Noah recently had all the dark swallowtail, Tiger (female dark morph, Black, Pipevine and Spicebush posted for comparison.
