Long-tailed Duck

Clangula hyemalis

Description:

We spotted this duck inland at Arctic Watch; it looks like an eider duck, however female common eider ducks don't have so much white on the underbelly. Can anyone advise?

Habitat:

Small inland tundra lakes, shorelines, "marshy" arctic ground
