Description:

Broad black band across its forehead and a pink wash on its underparts; longer wings and shorter tail than the Great Grey Shrike.

Habitat:

Spotted in Ras Mohamed National Park, South Sinai. A migrant through Egypt. Dozens of shrikes were perched on the desert plants along the road into the park.
