Vermilion waxcap was suggested on mycotopia.net Hygrocybe miniata. I guess it could be a honey waxcap (H. reidii)?

thanks mark; this is the one mushroom I didn't take a sample of yesterday since I needed the container for other mushrooms I considered more desirable so it might remain a mystery
Yep - doesn't seem to be much difference between those. Could be a microscope job.
