By the looks of the picture these mushrooms were found in the grass or lawn. This is most likely Chlorophyllum molybdites, a look-alike to what people call a Parasol Mushroom. Either Macrolepiota procera or Macrolepiota rachodes. Chlorophyllum molybdites is poison . It also has green spores. M. procera and M. rachodes have white spores and are a good edible.
