Description:

A widespread fox in the Americas from southern Canada to northern South America. This omnivore is unique among most dogs in its ability to climb trees (or in the case of this individual, an adobe wall).

Habitat:

Found in a variety of habitats and relatively adaptable to urbanization. This one was found close to the border between an area of businesses and a wildlife preserve.
