Coprinellus domesticus

Coprinellus domesticus

Description:

Fungii spotted along an avenue, at the base of the tree; between the pavement and the little soil from the tree that is seen. I think it may also be referred to as coprinus domesticus; and I think it may be this kind. As I am not 100 % sure I will place "Help me ID" so as to confirm, if possible.
