Verrilli's Hermit Crab

Description:

Photo take at -10 ft by the coast line this are very common to find in very shallow waters in big groups very social crab. small about 1 cm red dark color and yellow tips at the legs. Hermit crabs are the only crabs without a complete exoskeleton and hide their soft, vulnerable abdomens in gastropod shells.

Habitat:

Found on shallow waters is small holes and cavities on the rock only in the Caribbean Sea.
