Cnemidophorus lemniscatus
I think it is a male Cnemidophorus lemniscatus. Other candidate would be Cnemidophorus deppei, however, accodring to the some rare sources on the net this one is mostly found in Central America. In my eyes Deppei should also have some more blue on the head, meaning, almost the whole head is blue.
