Euphorbia hypericifolia
Had minuscule white flowers on them.
I think this is probably Euphorbia hyssopifolia instead. E. hypericifolia has denser inflorescences on average and is less common in the region. The two species are very similar but can be distinguished by their stipules and seeds. The inflorescences are also useful but harder to use.
