Description:

A shed snakeskin spotted on the new beaver lodge located in the central wetland area at Huntley Meadows Park. This is probably the shed skin of one of several Northern Watersnakes (Nerodia sipedon sipedon) that have been spotted frequently either on or near the beaver lodge.
