Description:

A medium-sized butterfly with creamy white wings. Black smudge markings on wingtips. Males have one black spot on forewings (females have two). The wingspan of adults is roughly 32–47 mm (1.3–1.9 in).

Habitat:

Spotted in the backyard.

yes it did. I normally use a google A/I app called lens to ID stuff, but the butterfly was hiding in some catnip and the app couldn't differentiate it out b/c it was too obscured, but the wingtips and the single spot were clearly visible. LOL.
