Aquilegia caerulea
A white inner flower with 5 petals, and a purple outer flower with 5 petals and spurs (or as we like to call them, tentacles). Fuzzy yellow anthers. Leaves and stems are mostly smooth, and leaves have a rounded, notched shape. This is a native plant in a managed garden.
