You're probably right, and the smell doesn't bother me, but some will find it disgusting. Washing oneself a couple of times will rid most of the smell ;)

Hi ! I live in Mexico and I am a biologist and I'm currently studying insects, I would like to say that the smell doesn't stays with you for that long and it's not so bad either, here in Mexico we called them "chinches" at the members of the group Hemiptera :)

In Norway we call them berryfart :) The smell isn't as bad as a skunk, but the amount is also very small, and it's only for a few days so I don't mind stinking a little bit if I happen to scare one of them when I study them

Thanks Gaia! Luckily I have never experienced the smell! I find it hard to imagine to be honest this little cutie would do that... but I trust what the people say :)
