I am sure this is not a Chrysomelidae, but a Carabidae. Probably Harpalinae, Harpalini and Harpalus sp. and as closest guess Harpalus attenuatus. But we need a confirmation!

I am not sure of the ID of these greener ones is correct, than yours might be the same, so Harpalus attenuatus. But in the other links, Harpalus attenuatus is black. Important: Note the yellowish tibiae, darker achilles and black femurs!
If you do not like my suggestion, take one of these from Serbia, just take 1! ;-))
