Nature School For Teachers - Fall 2020 Launch!
Anybody know what these are? Found by a friend... Thanks!
I think both of you are right! Looks like a Cornus kousa - Chinese Dogwood, Thanks for all the help!
Hi Fyn K, it could be the fruit of dogwood tree because the fruit in this link look very similar to this one , though it is more rounded. http://www.aphotoflora.com/af_cornus_kou...But it is possible because there are about 30-60 species.
it could be dessicated Kousa dogwood fruit. Do you have any photos of leaves? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Cornus...
The friend had found them while they were mowing and brought them over to my house, but did't say anything about where it came from. They thought it might be from a Dogwood? Thanks for the feedback!
It looks like mulberry fruit. But definitely not that one. But do you know where this fruit came from , like a tree, shrub, herb or a cactus.
looks like mulberry fruit, what does the rest of the plant look like?
