Description:

Yoma sabina (Cramer, 1780), the Australian Lurcher, is found in the North of the Australasia ecozone and Southeast Asia. The wingspan is around 7cm. The larvae feed on Dipteracanthus bracteatus and Ruellia (wild petunias) species. (Wikipedia)

Habitat:

Makiling Botanic Gardens, a forest park of the Mt. Makiling Center for Mountain Ecosystems (adjacent or within the UPLB-College of Forestry and Natural Resources), University of the Philippines at Los Baños, Laguna.
