Shampoo Ginger (Awapuhi)

Zingiber zerumbet

Notes:

Introduced to Hawaii. Used in hair products. The clear fragrant gel squeezed from the flower head really does make the hair and skin soft !!

yes you can just squeeze the flower tops and the gel comes out and put it right in your hair or on your skin and yes it does have a light sweet floral fragrance.

Stunning pink MaryIsis! Do you just place the flower "gel" directly on the hair? Cool! I need some of those at home =) Do they smell good too?
