Mud dauber nests.

Sphecidae or Crabronidae

Description:

These tubes are mud. They are very long and have holes on the sides in a pattern. The holes are about quarter inch diameter.

Habitat:

Underside of buildings. They seem to like to be protected from rain and wind.

Notes:

These nests are under a public library parking area. Took this spotting with my iPhone.
