Nerium oleander
Attractive yellow blossoms: oleander is the only species of the genus Nerium.
Dry sunny climate at 2200 foot elevation on Maui.
According to Wikipedia, every part of oleander is poisonous, and it's "one of the most poisonous of commonly grown garden plants." This is one of the hedges in our back yard.
