Geez that is a lot of eggs! These are amphibian eggs, and either from the genus Rana or Pelophylax. Not sure it's possible to go down further than that, maybe someone more familiar with frogs in Netherlands can help! I hope y'all get more rain soon or those eggs will start dying pretty quickly
