Family Gonyleptidae
More than one and a half year ago I spotted one of these magnificent creatures. I didn't even know that they existed. I was trying to find another one since then. Today I found not one, but TWO of them, and from different species (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/143...). :-)
Class Arachnida, Order Opiliones, Suborder Laniatores, Infraorder Grassatores, Family Cosmetidae
Brooch would be more than fine ! I still can't get over how beautiful it looks - like an Inca ornament.
I think it is very interesting when an "old" spotting comes to light again. Thank you JoshuaGSmith (very kind of you saying it in portuguese). Leuba, maybe not as a necklace, but what about a brooch? Thank you too stephanielrickman, but I have to rekognize that I have very nice models...
Like a beautiful piece of jewellery although I wouldn't want those arms around my neck. Sergio, this spotting might be a year old but it's worth seeing again and again. Thanks for sharing this absolute marvel.
Hehe, isso é o que o Antonio Ginja vive a dizer... / That is what Antonio Ginja always says... :-)
