Olla v-nigrum
Black beetle with two orange splotches, one on each elytra. The face has a white edging that can be seen in the first image. The name comes from the other color variation that is gray with black spots. "Polished dorsal surface, and lateral margin of elytron feebly explanate (flared, "helmet-shaped")." - BugGuide There are two color variations of this species. The other color can be seen at my other spotting: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/227...
Eucalyptus tree leaf in a park. "Coast to coast in US, except Maine and Pacific NW / s. to Argentina" - BugGuide
