Common uses/hazards/importance: They are commonly used for lei. They are also used to decorate urns in Cambodia. Some people will get a rash from the sap. Distinguishing features: A shrub growing up to 4m tall. There are clusters of waxy flowers, with a purple and white coloring. Flowers have five Petals and a small "crown".
