Several (Common) Buckeye butterflies spotted near the shore of Accotink Bay. Can anyone help me identify the yellow flowers on which the butterflies were feeding?

A true beauty!
My first thought when I saw the photo #4: "What kind of paradise this person lives in...?" There are three butterflies and some other bugs all in one photo. What an amazing sight!

Lovely! Last year these butterfly were plentiful. This year I only saw them 3 times. I wonder why. They are some of my favorites. Great series!
