Brown beetle about 22 mm. On my chicken floor.
Semitropical Pacific coast
It may not be he species morosa (reference with my ID), which is brown only when immature.
In yours, I miss the impressions on mid-side of pronotum, seen here:

though there are two small dark spots in just the right position, this may be only obscured by light, or angle.
