Striped Bark Scorpion

Description:

Small scorpion, found on the bottom of an indoor pool. Dark amber color, slender pedipalps. Striped backed lengthwise.

Habitat:

Rocky hills in the south, mid-west, and south-west.

Notes:

Found at the bottom of an indoor pool.

Our common scorpion around here (Oklahoma) is the striped bark scorpion - Centruroides vittatus. I have a feeling this might be the same species.
