They do have a good bite to them, I usually wore leather work gloves when handling them, but I have gone after a couple bare-handed.
I found one of those in my yard I was really surprised because I love in the city we don't have Godzilla lol so we looked at it and it but me! And that hurt. So don't mess with it lol
